Ephesians 4:15 "Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will in all things grow up into Him who is the Head, that is Christ.
We have to speak love to the people in our lives whether it be encouragement or rebuke, we have to do it in a loving manner. I heard a Christian CEO say today that when he has to fire employees he makes sure to do it in love like Jesus would. That's a next level type of thinking that I need to get with.
